Sheri P., MSW, LCSW
Sheri is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree from Washington University. She has been a counselor at Birthright since 2003 and is the current Director of Counseling. Sheri has 20 years of varied experience in crisis, adolescent, family, and women’s issues. She values her role at Birthright as an opportunity to use her clinical skills to offer non-judgmental support and counseling to women facing a challenging life circumstance. She looks forward to working with her clients and their strengths by providing encouragement, assistance, problem-solving and community resource linkage specific to their needs. Sheri is motivated to have each client’s experience at Birthright to be uplifting and positive.
Terry B., LCWS
Terry is a licensed clinical social worker. Terry received her Master’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2005. Terry has worked in the field of clinical social work with families and children in counseling since 2008. Terry has 22 years of diverse social work experience which includes child welfare, early childhood, housing, substance abuse and mentoring. Terry enjoys the opportunity of helping pregnant women understand their options while utilizing an individualized approach with compassion and empathy for all, regardless of marital status, socioeconomic status, race, religion, or creed.
Beth, LPC
Beth is a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Webster University. She has worked as an adolescent counselor and teacher and has been with the Birthright team since 2011. Her drive and passion for people have always been in the forefront in her life, seeing the good in others and inspiring others to experience hope. She loves that Birthright's work focuses on aspiring to bring hope to women and children who feel they don't have it and is grateful to be part of these efforts through the utilization of empathy and respect for all in a professional counseling setting.
Jennifer, PLPC
Jennifer is a provisionally licensed professional counselor with a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. She is excited to use her education to work with the clients of Birthright. She has a passion for helping women feel empowered to make their own choices. She believes people are the experts of their own lives. She uses a compassionate, non-judgemental approach in supporting women in their journey, whatever path they may choose. Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, reading, walks outside, and playing with their family's puppy.
